I have been trying to tone my tummy and legs and now I've gained muscle weight so can someone give me some workout to do to lose weight. I'm using a calorie counter it isn't helping much

You shouldnt be using a scale at all. You should workout and be happy with you body and not care about a number. There's no need to lose muscle weight. Tone that tummy with crunches!

Squats. They work the largest muscle in the body which will make you burn more calories

Running and lots of abs

I tried running I did 4 miles everyday for a while and it didn't work out well at all :/ then now it's always snowing so I can't until that stops

Take a look at the exercise i made n you will loose alot of weight in 2 months n get fitt as well, thats basicaly my MMA warm up before i work out with my dojo trainer, hope it helps Build And Burn

Does it require equipment ? Jw cause some people that have created some use equipment and about how much did you lose?
