Hey I really need to lose weight and build muscle for the upcomeing summer but im haveing problems with eating lots of sugar, can someone please help me I need to find ways to stop my craveings for sugar
You need to cut back and replace slowly. What are your sugar products?
Quit soda if possible or limit yourself to a treatin hot drinks use stevia or a small squeeze of agave necter (lower gi,less of a sugar spike).
More veg than fruit, but fruit is good...dont forget.
Less 'low fat' options,these are pumped full of sugar.
Brown products over white: bread,pasta, rice.
The list goes on. Good luck...
Dont just switch to any sweetener, your body tastes 'sweet' and expects sugar. When it doesnt get a sugar hit you crave more food/sugar. Vicious cycle, thats why i prefer stevia or agave.
