Dnt let go focus on the main ones:
1.healthy diet as much as possibles at fixed interval of time
2.regular workouts accompied with lot of waterFat Burner Deluxe

I have minor spondilytis....please recomend any weight loss exercise that doesnot affect the spinal chord
