How do you stop binge eating? I see all this delicious high calorie food and munch on it! I hate it! Any solutions? Also do you know any quick and easy weight loss tips for a 14 year old girls, my daughter needs to loose weight fast! Thanks ☺

Why does your daughter need to lose weight. Shes growing, she should not be dieting!! Just make sure she execises daily and eats healthy

Thank you, I was a bit worried about her because she is overweight for her age and BMI which worries me about heart issues and lethargy.

Intense training. You can not melt away fat from one day to another... clean eating, serving size should be half of the plate veggies then small portions of whatever else. Drinking a lot of water. Cut off sugars and limit on salty stuff. No fast food, foods high in fiber and a lot of fruits.

Make a schedule for eating, it's should be ever 4 hours Si you keep the metabolism active. Breakfast, snack (fruits, granola bars, etc) lunch, snack, dinner.
