Weight loss... What am I doing wrong?

I'm trying to lose weight. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week, and have been going for about three weeks. But I'm not losing any weight at all. I'm watching what I eat and I do about 90 mins of cardio.

It's probably your diet. Better make sure that you're not eating much more than needed. Working out makes us hung

Not drinking enough water
Not doing the workouts properly.
But just so you know, it takes about 4 weeks for you yourself to notice any results. 7 to 10 weeks for the your friends and the rest of the world to start noticing results
