Is it better to workout first, or run?

I want to know where the best results will it come from, to run or workout first? Thanks guys.

I do a 15 min brisk walk before my exercise. So I'm warmed up, blood is pumping and energized

Ameer has got it right. Running before an excersise seems like a great idea but you only need to warm up then stretch before a workout. Over exertion previous to lifting will make for a crappy work out

Start your workout first so at the end you have to work very hard as u run... But don't forget to stretch!!;)
