Do sit-ups burn fat or if you have a lot of stomach fat does it just make it look bigger? What are some good belly fat burning excersizes? Thanks!!!

Crunches and sit ups dont burn fat only cardio does.
Keeping your abs fit though helps to acheive your goal

Try cardio to burn calories/lose extra belly and then sit ups and crunches to build and tone abs. If you only do crunches it probably won't work because a) you won't see the abs since they're covered by fat or b) as the muscle gets bigger it may poke the fat out more and make it look worse

Very good question. Planks are goods exercises. Do planks in sets. Crunches don't flatten your tummy. Does make it bigger.
