Need help dropping weight

I want to loss weight but don't know what to do. I go to the gym but I just gain weight it's dumb

What is your normal workout when u go to the gym?

I do arms And chest on Monday,Tuesday back and legs then I run and then I run at my high school the next day.

Ok, so if u want to loose weight u need to do AT LEAST 30mins of strength cardio 5 times a week.

Still do your workout but definitely up your cardio. It should do the trick
