A lot of people gain weight at the begining stages of working out (weight training) this is due to all the muscle weight you are gaining from lifting weights. By adding more cardio and adjusting your diet ( If u have not already) should help you loose weight soon enough. Don't worry muscle weight helps your body actually burn fat and more muscles weight increases your metabolism. Again it's just a matter of time.
