Every month like clockwork before TOM I get cravings. Any suggestions how to beat these?
So far I snack on banana & nut butter, fruit or naturally flavoured liquorice. Any suggestions thanks :)
Thanks I tend to crave processed sugar so wanted some healthy suggestions for other snacks. My go to would be sweets (candy), fizzy drinks and milk chocolate (!) I've finally learnt that there are healthy fats and have started using coconut oil mainly because It was recommended for an underactive thyroid.
We don't hey cool whip in England anymore :( & not sure we have those crackers but will do my best to mind alternatives because that sounds so good!!
I like to snack on grapes, or oat meal with a few raisins for the cravings.
