I'll link to workouts I'd recommend at the end of my reply :) first off though, drink lots of water, at least eight 16oz glasses a day! Cut out processed sugars and sodium, eat foods full of fibre and also foods that help flush out water retention such as cucumbers, watermelon, grapefruit and pineapple (it breaks down food in your belly faster!)
Couple those healthy habits with:
Basically any workout that combines cardio to burn belly fat and core workouts to tone up. Hope this helps!!! Any questions feel free to ask!
