love handle workouts

so I've recently just started working out (yesterday) and I know you can't loose weight in just one spot, but what are some good workouts that help get red of the not so lovingly love handles?

Get your heart rate up. Try a walk and run cardio session next time your on a treadmill. For example..walk for 1 minute at 3.5 mph then run at 6.5 mph for 20 mins. As you get comfortable, try to increase your running to 2 minutes and walk for 1 mins. Add incline to increase your fat burning potential. Lets me know how this works for you.

Planks are great for love handles!

It's fine, just do what you can and in no time you'll realize how far you've come :) I sucked at pushups but did those anyway, now I do 50 without pain and 70 if I really try :)

No such thing. You need to work out your entire core :)

Do a lot of cardio workouts and eat clean! You'll feel better, more energized! Get a goodnights rest and get a good breakfast lunch and dinner and don't eat after 9ish

Run as fast as u can for as long as you can. Stop get your breath back and run again. Continue this this you can't do another round. This will burn alot of fat also getting rid of love handles

Hey rhia, hows it going. You cant lose your love handles by doing exercises. You have to decrease your body fat (eat less) and do more cardio...so get to running! :P

I wanted more specific exercises :p but yea I do try to run for at least an hour about 4 times A week

Umm lol sorry for not being specific :P Look uo a workout on here called "pure cardio:burn fat not muscle"....its about 35 minutes, and its at medium difficulty
