Hey rhia, hows it going. You cant lose your love handles by doing exercises. You have to decrease your body fat (eat less) and do more cardio...so get to running! :P
Umm lol sorry for not being specific :P Look uo a workout on here called "pure cardio:burn fat not muscle"....its about 35 minutes, and its at medium difficulty
