I chew sugar free gum lately. Sometimes I eat sunflower seeds because of the salt content, but anytime I have to work to eat my food, I stop soon after. As far as junk food, it's a murderous, grumpy time for me because I really love fatty, cheesy or chocolaty snacks, so I'll go shopping for things like jerky, pork rinds, and butterless popcorn (all "good" snacks in comparison to my Frito Lay/Hostess love affair). I graze throughout the day, so I'm quite the snacker myself, and it really adds up. I've been keeping a calorie counter on my phone and it keeps everything in check for the most part. Realizing that my weekly milkshake was more calories than most of my dinners was awakening. I turn 27 in a few days if that helps...
