Felt like I was going to pass out...

I feel better now, but today I decided to work even harder, I did 3 workouts (I usually do 1 or sometimes 2). I immedietly felt sick when I was done, I heard it's bad to lay down when that happens, so I stood up, and walked around a bit, I drank half a water bottle and ate nuts, then I felt better. Did I feel sick since I worked harder, was I pushing myself too much?

I ate 30-45 mins before, as i always do, i had peanut butter banana sandwich on whole weat toast

Then my next thought would be dehydration, that banana sandwich shoulda had you movn making that session not so bad

Its not bad to push yourself. Just get your hartrate back to normal and drink some water.
