I feel better now, but today I decided to work even harder, I did 3 workouts (I usually do 1 or sometimes 2). I immedietly felt sick when I was done, I heard it's bad to lay down when that happens, so I stood up, and walked around a bit, I drank half a water bottle and ate nuts, then I felt better. Did I feel sick since I worked harder, was I pushing myself too much?
Its not bad to push yourself. Just get your hartrate back to normal and drink some water.
