Be on your best healthy behavior!! As we all know the 5wk Health Difference starts in just a few hours. 12am friday. TaKe your before pictures now, both front & side [I took one of my back along with me standing on the scale]. Its best to drink both water & ORGANIC tea. No Sugar [if you can]
I bought some light weights, ab wheel, waist trimmer belt, and a sweat suit [plastic].
I also ordered organic teas, organic chia seeds, and apple cider vinegar organic. I will be drinking plenty plenty plenty of water.
I plan on doing 200 sit ups a day/ walking a mile. Of course increasing weekly.
I also will start a journal and I will be posting daily this to give everyone updates on what I'm doing and different ideas.
I encourage everyone who is participating to do the same thing as well. so we all can support each other and share ideas.
