Having results in arms but not in stomach or legs

I have results mainly in my arms and not any were else. And good ideas for workouts for stomach or legs.

You should try jogging 3 times a week. It will help gain muscle in your legs and also strengthen your core.

Tommorrow i was gonna play soccer by my self nd do a few work outs by my self.

Jogging does NOT help putting muscles on your legs. It will do the opposite of this...

Of course jogging puts muscle in your legs...if your losing anything it's fat

Do you want to loose weight in those areas or burn fat?

When it comes to looses weight theirs no such things as to get rid of fat in a certain area. You have to do a full body workout. That's why when u look at people that's lost alot of weight you notice it in their face first. So I recommend any full body workout that targets more than just two areas. The best workout for this is jogging. And also aerobics.

I have The same problem the best thing is running! I am currently running 5 k every second day and the other days weights and ab workouts. Also all body tone ups of squats. Leg lifts. And more
