Having results in arms but not in stomach or legs

I have results mainly in my arms and not any were else. And good ideas for workouts for stomach or legs.

You should try jogging 3 times a week. It will help gain muscle in your legs and also strengthen your core.

I have The same problem the best thing is running! I am currently running 5 k every second day and the other days weights and ab workouts. Also all body tone ups of squats. Leg lifts. And more
