I weigh 216 pounds and i am verry uncomfterble in my body. My goal is 140 and i want tobe under 200 before July. I always feel so horrible when im at school looking at all the skinny girls in clothes i want but cant fit in. I need to mainly get rid of my big belly, thighs, and arms. Anyone have some tips? Please help...

Okay do cardio. Start of with walking ATLEAST 30 mins a day. Then jogging. Check out the cardio workouts on this app… cardio burn fat all around the body. Because you can't just burn fat in specific areas. Your body utilizes fat from all over. Eat only natural sugers (fruits) 100% diet 100% training. Be consistent and rest 2 days in a week. Body needs rest
