Whats the best way to beat a plateau? Im almost at the point where its going to be really hard for me to lose any more weight and I want to be ready when I finally do hit a plateau. Any suggestions?? :)
Go lower in carbs with your diet or start eating al lil more and increase your cadio input. Just make sure you are not eating to much below your daily need. Since this will make you also lose alot of muscle mass. And you want to lose the fat not the muscles!
As Anthony said, 1200 is not enough for you. Specially since you seem really active. I think adding some training with weights will help you target your areas. But it is hard to give a full advice. Best advice is stay patient and give it some time
