Goal= 10 lbs less

Almost 5"3 126 pounds. How much should I loose a week? 1 or 2. how do I easily do it? I'm 13

I think it's depends on the person,there eating habits and workouts because I've dropped anywhere from 2-6 lbs a week on one if my first 90 day challenges...

Jeez. My dad looses 5lbs every time he baths, which he does every other day. (He probably looses 1lb every day in the shower too).
