1 hour 4 times per week doing the insanity workout. I cant manage the 6 thatt is required

An hour to an hour & a half everyday.

Half hr workout, plus 1 hr dance routine (after an hr i get really into it. It gets hard to stop dancing. Lol.) everyday.

I work out 5 days a week for 1 to 2 hours ... I start with a stretch workout then move on to the insanity program and then a moderate core workout .. :-).

one hour every weekday, 30 min on Saturday and either something casual or nothing on Sunday. Hard working around crazy schedules.

Hour a day...sometimes 2 if I add a long walk/run, yoga, or barre session.

It is recomended that you do 40 minutes per day with at least 1 day a week rest if you want to achieve the best results

With shift work it's impossible to do a set amount every day... but I try and do something everyday (even if it's just 15 mins).

I kill fat for a living! I spend about two hours a day in the gym six days a week (church takes up most of my Sunday.) I never drive, instead I walk to the stores, church, or coffee shops. I play basketball on Thursday. This is my regular routine, but I am always up for a challenge! I also find meditation of the Word important.

1,5 hour for workout and 3 hour for playing badminton..its work, i lose 3 kilo for week.

Half an hour everyday, running or cardio. I'm going for 45 next week for two weeks then an hour after. Skinny here I come :-)

At least half an hour, but I try to workout one hour (plus everything I do with my two-year-old and walks and so on. I don't owm a car so I do need to carry groceries from store to home and stuff like that. Kinda nice actually).

2:30 hours every weekday. And hour running intervals on the weekend soo... At the very least 14 hours a week.
