one hour every weekday, 30 min on Saturday and either something casual or nothing on Sunday. Hard working around crazy schedules.
Hour a day...sometimes 2 if I add a long walk/run, yoga, or barre session.

With shift work it's impossible to do a set amount every day... but I try and do something everyday (even if it's just 15 mins).
I kill fat for a living! I spend about two hours a day in the gym six days a week (church takes up most of my Sunday.) I never drive, instead I walk to the stores, church, or coffee shops. I play basketball on Thursday. This is my regular routine, but I am always up for a challenge! I also find meditation of the Word important.
1,5 hour for workout and 3 hour for playing badminton..its work, i lose 3 kilo for week.
