half an hour a day on a normal day (15 mins in morning and 15 mins in evening) then 2 days a week i'll do 15 mins in morning and an hour in the evening 😊

I lift 3 days (1:15 min includes my warm up)
Cardio 1-2 days (45 min-60 min)
Yoga 1 day (45 min)

Thats abt 5 hours avg a week 😺

an hour to hour and half a day. Need to increase this to 2 hrs. This includes my cardio too.

35 minutes daily. When I'm feeling really soar. Then I push for 45 mins. No pain no gain. Hmu on kik : Countryboykody

2 day a week with 30mins of workout. I usually jump speed rope for 1 hour, 4 days a week and sunday for relax :)

3 to 5 times a week, 5 to 20 minutes each time.it is not a lot of exercise but it is all I need to get to my goal weight. I have lost about 30% of my goal weight. I could do it faster, but I would rather do it slow because it is easier and also I want my skin to be good. If you lose it too fast your skin might not bounce back, and also your boobs might shrink LOL Who wants that?

I try to exercise 7days a week around 1h in the morning
If I have time and strength left 5-20min in the evening. Additionally I run 10-12k every 2-3 days and if I am in mood I go for my aikido (recently I didn't as I lost my motivation some bad politics in club I don't like)
