I lift 3 days (1:15 min includes my warm up)
Cardio 1-2 days (45 min-60 min)
Yoga 1 day (45 min)
Thats abt 5 hours avg a week 😺
an hour to hour and half a day. Need to increase this to 2 hrs. This includes my cardio too.
When you have babies you have take any chance you get, even if its 5 mins a day! "Legs & Abs"
2 day a week with 30mins of workout. I usually jump speed rope for 1 hour, 4 days a week and sunday for relax :)
I try to exercise 7days a week around 1h in the morning
If I have time and strength left 5-20min in the evening. Additionally I run 10-12k every 2-3 days and if I am in mood I go for my aikido (recently I didn't as I lost my motivation some bad politics in club I don't like)
