So I recently found out I am Insulin Resistant and Hypothyroid, and its hard to lose weight. So I was wondering if anybody shared the same problems and if so, what kind of exercises help the most? Thanks!
I had hypothyroidism and really it was more about what I ate. Alot of walking and weights helped...but overdoing it set me back a couple times. I don't have it anymore...at least my thyroid has been normal for quite awhile.
What foods helped? Any with a lot of fiber?
