Thoughts on weekly routine?

Monday: abs & legs
Tuesday: cardio (running)
Wednesday: abs & arms
Thursdays: cardio (running)
Fridays: abs & legs & arms

+ eating healthy throughout the week !!!
I also pick good workouts to do through this app, of anyone could suggest some that would be great ?

seems like a good schedule to me but if i was you i wouldt do cardio everyday.. well it depends on how intense u train cardio but ur muscles also need to have rest but ur scheme looks good good luck!

yeah I'm trying to loose weight a bit quicker than usuall I guess you could say lol. Just struggling on eating healthy.

If your trying to lose weight, I would recommend cardio everyday. So if you want you can add any cardio with the sechuale you have. You don't have to run long distance all the time, you can do sprints you can jump rope, etc hopefully this helped
