Help me with weight loss

I just dwnloaded this app n my god its got a lot of workout programs!!!!! I am not sure which program I should follow to start with.... Pls advice.....
I am 5.6 n almost 160 pounds..... Hvnt worked out in a long time.... :(

Start with a workout that doesn't take much time, about 2-10 min, listen to your body, how hard was it, could you do more/longer etc. ?
