Tips to doing longer planks.

I've recently just started doing them this week and I can only get to 7 seconds right now. Any tips to go longer ?

Keep practicing, if you keep doing them you will gain more strength on your core :) Good luck!!

Like bryan said, multiple sets with a certain amount of rest. Next day do same amount of set but reduce rest time by 5 sec per day or week.
