How do you lose tummy fat and get a flat stomach?

Hi Natasha the best way to lose stomach fat is cardio for atleast 30 min 5 days a week Followed by a few abs work outs, also eating clean is a massive help. Why don't you join the 30 day plank challenge its in this forum that will also help :-)

There's no easy way or answer. As the saying goes abs are made in the kitchen, about 70% of it based on nutrition. Then cardio is then next big thing to getting that flat stomach. But not regular get on the treadmill and keep your heart rate up. The kind that is best is sprint intervals. The use the most energy while working out and help keep the metabolism up once done, meaning you'll burn me calories/weight.
