How to tone up your abs and bum fast??

Want to tone up my stomach and bum fast, ideas?? I eat healthy and only ever drink water! Also go to the gym and do insanity workout.

For abs its all about the bodyfat. For most woman its arround 18% of bodyfat when the abbs will show. Doing lots of crunches aint going to change much about that. For toning up the butt, get mor mass!

Have you tried the ab and core workout yet? It's worked wonders for my abs, legs, and butt!

Oh and at least 6-8 8 ounces of water a day really helps

It's actually called Ab and Core workout but if you go to my profile, you will see it right there as it is my main workout method

Do the after burn effect , aftrr burn is when you eat and burn more calories when exercising. Example, you ate 1200cal then you will have to burn 1400cal or more
