So I dont have any equipment and I want to get rid of my inner thigh and stomach fat! I keep counting all my calories but it seems impossible to burn over 3, 500 calories more than what you eat!! How am I supposed to do that? I worked out for 2 hours and only burned 350!! And what are some great "at home" routines that burn a ton of calories?! Thanks
Thanks for your reply! Since im already fairly skinny (128, 5'5) I heard its way harder to burn that extra fat. So is running the best option?
