I like 'SD3 squattin for the booty' for bum and 'SD3 bet you can't do these abs' and 'pX90 ab ripper' for abs . I've also been creating my own work outs for these areas using the exercises I've found most effective,  as thats what I'm working on too, so you can have a look at my workouts (booty burn - KC, core challenge - KC and bums, legs and tums 1 - KC)...I hope you like them :)
