I'm goin on a schooltrip in 3 weeks from now and I wanna lose 10 kg! I know it's too much for such a short period, but I need to look skinny! Hahaha After it I'm just gonna stay fit but for now I just need to lose weight so fast as possible. The problem is; everytime I get home I just start eating and I don't feel fed at all so I just keep eating! Do you guys have some tipss?
