I'm goin on a schooltrip in 3 weeks from now and I wanna lose 10 kg! I know it's too much for such a short period, but I need to look skinny! Hahaha After it I'm just gonna stay fit but for now I just need to lose weight so fast as possible. The problem is; everytime I get home I just start eating and I don't feel fed at all so I just keep eating! Do you guys have some tipss?

Thats B.S man! You dont want to loose weight. I know you say you want it, but just cinda want it. You dont want it as bad as you want to go home and indulge in crappy foods. Stick to meats, fruits and veggies. Every time you want something sweat go fore a sweat fruigts like oranges or something. Do some cardio and weight training. Count calories. It's not hard. It's easy!

Btw unless your really fat right now you cant loose that much in 3 weeks. You can loose 6 kg at best. But Then you need to dedicate yourself right now!
