I recommend. 1 hour morning walk on an empty stomach. Followed by high intensity interval training for 10 mins. Interval training really increases your heart rate and burns fat much faster than slow cardio as long as you keep your rest times short. And watch watch you eat. No sugar or processed meats. If you want to loose fat fast as possible remember theres no 50% training and 50 % diet. Training is 100% and your diet is thee other 100%. I've recommended this to all my friends and always get
