So Im naturally a pretty thick girl, always have been. My lowest weight I have ever been was around 125 and people told me I just looked unhealthy, I'm 5'2 with a medium body frame. I'm trying to lose body fat but Im not wanting to look really skinny like I did a few years ago, I want to look toned and healthy. Any suggestions?
I suggest you to fist eat healthy so no junk food(fast food, candy, chips, salty food, bread with icings on and any kind of pops and then you gotta do cardio to lose weight so runing is very good or riding bike for about 30mins everyday then you will lose weight for sure but it wont tone u so you want to get some miscle too by doing push ups or pull ups and squats and ab work out they r the basic work outs that can tone u so hope get the body you wanted :)
