Want to lose it for my aunts wedding

I want to lose a good 80 lbs in general, but for my aunt's wedding which is in June I would like to lose at least 30 pounds. However, what I am doing does not seem to be working. Right now I am currently 240 lbs. are there any tips to help me. I would be extremely grateful.

I'm trying to lose weight for my wedding in August and what I'm doing doesn't seem to be working either. This is the hardest 20-30 pounds I've ever tried to use
