P90x: Ab Ripper X. Do this workout after a 40 minute walk in the morning. Stays away from sugar and only drink water. Eat lean meat only. No processed meat. Your muffin top will be gone in 2-3 weeks. Depending on your consistency

Try watching you carb intake as well. Breads, pastas, and other carbs turn into sugar in you're system. If you don't burn them off quickly and efficiently they will turn into FAT. Try eating few carbs when you are less active, and more carbs when you are more active. Despite the fact that carbs can turn into fat they are a great source of energy.
