Hey yall whats like thr best thing to help motivate but delete doubt cuz im trying to lose all this weight but I think I cant so I keep giveing up so someone please help me
One pound at a time buddy. Dont focus on all the weight focus on that first pound then the second and so on. I dont no how much u wanna lose but it sounds like more than a few. Eat healthy and get ur cardio a d lots of it. U can do it man it just takes some dedication. Make a plan of wat u wanna do and do it! Theres alot of ppl on this site that can point u in the right direction and help u get to wer u wanna b! Good luck buddy!
