20lbs by summer?

I'm trying to lose 20 pounds by the summer, especially in my stomach, back and thighs. Any suggested work outs or plans to help me reach this goal.?

You need to watch ur calories exercise is great but no matter how much u exercise if u don't eat healthy or watch ur calories u wont see any results

Best way i know is running. You lose weight and gain a lot of muscle. Ive lose a total of 17.5lb in a about 9weeks by dieting, doing an average of 20min workouts 3- 4times and running 2-3times a week. Good luck to u

In the last 2 monts ive lost 20lbs! What i did was 3 days a week of zumba (it hurts to run and i enjoy dancing, its so fun that the hour goes by too fast) and on my off days i do TABATA 3-4xs a week for anywhere between 30-45mins. Hope it works out for u as it did for me. Oh btw i keep my calorie intake around 2000cals and drink 12 cups of water a day. Good luck man!
