In the last 2 monts ive lost 20lbs! What i did was 3 days a week of zumba (it hurts to run and i enjoy dancing, its so fun that the hour goes by too fast) and on my off days i do TABATA 3-4xs a week for anywhere between 30-45mins. Hope it works out for u as it did for me. Oh btw i keep my calorie intake around 2000cals and drink 12 cups of water a day. Good luck man!
