What is the best way to lose weight? Counting calories, clean eating, weight watchers, watching fat intake, paleo, vegetarian? I don't eat a lot of meat mostly fish and chicken and I don't eat a lot of these. I like fruits and veggies. Just wondering what would be the best?

Weight loss, tone up more endurance. Allergies as in food or just in general?
