Hi I want to lose at least 10lbs by the end of two months but I'm suuuuupppppeerr unmotivated to get off the couch . I also candyyy!!! Just a bit of support will b great :).
Every time you feel lazy to work out think of your goal. When you are about to eat candy(excess calories) remind yourself of the calories. Have a friend you can speak to who will demotivate your lazyness and eating habits.
