Just started want to get rid of my muffin top, any ideas ???? Besides the working out I just started . . . Like some kind of special foods I need do eat to tone down my stomach ?

Fish, chicken, carbs for breakfast and lunch only, asparagus, healthy fats like avocado. Fruit when your having a sweet tooth! Lots of cardio and ab work
