Workout recovery drinks?

People keep telling me to do meal replacements but I'm not interested in those, I believe they are a waste of time. I just want to know the best recovery drink? Low carbs preferably. Ideas?? Just for after gym and other physical activity

Yes, water! Adding lemon can be useful for making the water alkaline, and in turn brining down acid levels in the body.

Besides water, I have heard chocolate milk is a good recovery drink..

Yes chocolate milk has protein and all the electrolytes your body needs after a work out!
