Anyone have some good dieting tips for a vegetarian??????

Try to don't eat to mush in dinner And drink lemon juice , ginger , green tea ;)

Mon thru Fri i discipline myself to eat healthy. Only salads & fruit for lunch. Weekends i eat whtever i want but in moderation. I wrkout @ least 5 days per week.

U drink LOTS of water. I eat a big salad for lunch w/lite or fat free dressing. Don't drown ur salad with dressing either. Just enuff to coat it & give a lil flavor. If ur still hungry eat lots of fruit & vegs. Snack on those 100 calorie snacks. U can eat until ur full as long as it's not Empty calories like junkfood. Its also wht u eat as compared to how much too. Wrkout ur abs & as they get tighter ur stomach shrinks & u won't eat as much. Some ppl go to a Dr &...

Hi im a vegetarian and have been on a diet for about 2 and a half months now. I drink coffee in between meals because it suppresses appetite, exercise at least 4 hours a week, and try to avoid bread, pasta, pizza, and fatty things(peanut butter, butter ext) hope that helps
