Focus on doing exercises that workout your entire core, not just your abs, but you also your lower back. When your lower back is weak your hips tend to roll forward a little more which makes your gut look bigger than it really is. Try doing core exercises like hip-ups, planks, the locust pose. I found some good exercises at ab-workouts-guide.com under planks, core exercises, ab workouts, and lower ab exercises. Good luck and God Bless.

Any suggestions on how to eliminate muffing top? Any special exercise? Please!!!

Do excersises that are going to work your abs && lower area ! EXAMPLES: Pushups, Squats, Cardio (Treadmill), ect. Also throughout this process make shire your dieting && eating healthy ! CUT DOWN ON CALORIES :)
