Just eat healthy, I don't eat any sweets, chips, pop etc. during the week and treat myself on Saturdays if I want. Also drink lots of water especially when you get a craving for something.

Hey. Im on a awesome diet that has helped me lose 15kg (dont know pounds ;-), in three weeks... might be able to post it if I can figure out how... along with excerise and walking 12km. Im happy with it but you gotta follow it properly.
