The Last 5-6kgs
Its so hard losing the last few kgs, can anyone,on here give me some suggestions on wat workouts on here wud b gud n tips that they have learnt to lose it? I eat pretty healthily thats not my issue, i have a,job where i sit down all day for 10 hrs on a computer which i think.has slowed my metabolism big time! Any advice appreciated xx
As far as workouts, change it up. Your body may be getting used to the same ol same ol. Boost your workout intensity! Interval training is great for busting through plateaus. Get up and move at work as much as you can. A desk job is horrible for your body! Exercise a bit on your lunch break everyday just to boost metabolism and prevent future postural deviations (tight hip flexors and forward shoulders).
Nutritionally, stay away from processed foods, especially sugar and HFCS. Eat 20-30g of lean, quality protein everytime you eat. Drink lots of water & green tea if anything else.
