Good luck to u Ricardo...I drink soda once a month n juice maybe twice a month it just depends otherwise I'm strickly water! Its so refreshing but I do understand the challenges believe me:-)

What's your goal here? It's a great challenge, but I know I'd want at least some tea or black coffee once in a while. Good luck though!

Keeping away from sugar.. Trying to loose a few LBS, see if i can get rid of my little beer belly lol

Do it for 3 weeks straight and you can go forever without juice or soda. 2-3 weeks will allow enough time for your palate to change, so you shouldn't even want, or 'crave' juice or soda after that. You will however, still remember that you used to like it a lot :) As long as your ok with pushing that fact to the side you'll be fine. Afterall, the major challenge here is really about a lifestyle change right? Not about one month without sugar.

That just seems painful. I like solids in my tummy. I couldnt even do the juice cleanser.

You can do it!! I'm 23 & haven't had a soft drink since my freshman year of high school. It's all water for this girl- occasionally I'll have a glass of tea or Gatorade.

I am in i have never drank juice and everyone i know thinks i only ever drink water (which is true) so this should be easy!!

I can give up juice and soda just like that. I always drink water or tea when I'm at home. The only thing I can't let go is alcohol, haha. Beer, cocktails, champagne, ... I guess being drunk is just too much fun to give up

I drink LOTS of water, bt 100% natural fruit and/or vegetable juice can be very good as well.
no sodas for me in years

Having fresh juices (that you make yourself, not from a carton or store) are very good to have too, especially vegetable juices, and are great after workouts to replenish nutrients in the body. These only have low amounts of natural sugars, so it won't make ou crave sugar or whatever it is you are trying to get away from. Good for you though! :)

dude your body will thank you for it. Soda is very acidic, like I saw a test where someone left a tooth sitting in soda overnight and the tooth decay cause all the acids in sodas. Water, juice, and Almond milk are all I need.

Hey, good luck! I remember when i first took a month off from the drinks. Well it gets easier, i havent had soda or anything but water/mineral water for a year.

This is going to be tough but I'm in. Lets see how much healthier ill be one month from now. ( I Never drink water. Only drink milk and juice all the time)
