Its a long ways away so i have plenty of time to get there but to b built like a brick shit house so wen my sweet baby girl brings boys home they take one look at me and know i can snap em in half lol! Ya i know wat there thinking!

Good job im right with ya im 29 and will be smoke free 1 week tomorrow! and actually found working out helped me quit. When ever I felt a craving to smoke I'd just get up and workout instead!

I weigh 184.0 and I want to weight 160 within 20-30 weeks (September 28th). Meaning I will have to work toward losing atleast 1 lb every week. I think it's accomplish able, I just need the motivation and to be strict with myself. My eating habits are horrible when it comes to carbsĀ

My goal is to lose 50 pounds in 5 months. Im not sure if its possible but im going to try.
