i want to lose 10kgs in 4 weeks or as fast as possible.any suggestion ?workout ?

Combine high intensity interval training with high intensity weight trainng. Do a 30 second sprint ( as fast as you can go ) then take a break and do dumbell lunges or dumbell squat to overhead press. Do at least 5 sets of this resting well after each set ( sprinting and weights)
