Hello everyone I just need a little help.I'm 19 and used to be regular soccer player. The thing I need help with is that after I left soccer for studies my buttock has become massive i.e too much fat. I'm 5'8 and 67 kg's. Would someone be kind enough to suggest me an excercise to get my buttock smaller?

Usually jogging will help with such problems.

I did try jogging, I also restarted soccer and play it every now and then but I ended up losing weight from upper body.

Cardio is very important. Do interval sprints. And after like 8-10 sets of that do walking lunges with dumbells in each hand. Lunges are freak for toning and building muscle in your leg till your butt if you do it correctly with good form
