Best ab workouts

I need help, i want to get my abs and hips toned up before my trip to Florida in July and I want to know what r the best workouts for those areas?...

I enjoy the core abs and stretches workout, but it is pretty intense.

I have a challenge you should do to help; do planks for 10 mins a day for 30 days it will give you awesome abs.

Aim for workouts that target your entire core. Planks, side planks, hip ups, mountain climbers, vups are great. Check them out at ab-workouts guide.com under ab workouts, lower ab workouts, and core exercises they're fun and challenging. The key to getting nice tone abs is to do exercises thats force your entire body to work so you can burn enough fat while building lean muscle. Combine that with a nice healthy diet and you're set.
