I need suggestions on how to slim down my thighs ecpecially my inner thighs by working out

Well to bad you cant do that. You cant spot reduce. You need to slim Down everywhere. That means doing cardio and weight train. Oh and eat healthy ;)

I have a bench press with a leg extension would that help some? I've been trying to lift more weight and I do squats all of the time but it isn't helping to much

Free weights are best, so focus on them. Remember to work all muscles in your body equally or you might end up with an intresting look. If your not loosing fat you eat to much (or to little)

I Will say dont Cut your cals (if your already on an healthy diet) but increase cardio.

I eat alot of meats, fruits, and pastas but I eat a few times a day and don't eat to much at all and thank youu

just doing pure squats will probably make your thighs thicker. you gtta do cardio, cardio, and more cardio
(i like thick thighs tho lol js saying)

My bf loves them because he says it means a bigger butt but hey everyone thinks different. I have an hourglass body shape and I just want it to kinda stand out more and look better since my upper is also bigger I just want to look my built you know?

SQUATS! Trust me they will not happen overnight. It'll take a lot of hard work. But squats is the way to go. I suggest doing squats every day for at least 30 minutes combined in different intervals if that will suffice. Just a suggestion.

Look up various "leg scissor" exercises. I always put those in my routine. Used to have terrific shape to my thigjs... soon I will again
